KAFT.NET/KAFamilyTree.COM

Membership Agreement

Agreement:

1. User accepts Korean American Information Services, LLC's ('KAIS') Terms of Service Agreement and agrees to all terms and conditions in KAIS's Privacy Statement and all amendments thereto by using KAIS's KAFT.NET/KAFamilyTree.COM site ('KAFT.NET') and membership benefits.

2. User agrees that KAIS reserves the right to alter this agreement, in its sole discretion, without advance notice by posting a revised Agreement on KAFT.NET. User can determine if the Agreement has been revised by referring to the "Updated" date at the top of this page.

3. During the promotion period, August 1, 2007 - December 31, 2007, there will be no registration fee of $100.00 and $10.00 annual membership fee will be waived for one year.

4. The KAFT.NET site contains member networking function, which allows KAFT.NET members to network with other members and their families. If an User is enrolled and another member wishes to network with the User, KAIS may facilitate an introduction while respecting the privacy wishes of all parties. User agrees to review all authorized e-mail introductions and to respond to those introductions by return e-mail to KANetwork@KAFT.NET. Please refer to the "How to Use" KA Networking sections and the KA Networking Agreement for further information.

5. This membership applies only to User's nucleus family (husband and wife, their parents, and children). Any extended family members such as grand parents, married brothers or sisters and their family members have to be registered as separate members, and may then link to each other to extend the family tree.

6. User may request additional information by sending an e-mail to Member@KAFT.NET.

7. This agreement is hereby incorporated into and is to be read in conjunction with KAIS' "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Statement".
